Albany Home Sale Prices Decline in 4th Quarter 2009
According to the National Association of Realtors 4th quarter report, the median sale price of Albany Capital District single family homes fell -5.4% compared to the same period last year. This is slightly below the National figure which came in at -4.1%.
The median house price for the Albany-Schenectady-Troy region was reported at $182,700.
